In short: Βρες Λέξεις does not ask you to create an account, does not collect your name, email or location, does not track you across other apps or websites, and does not sell any data. Your game progress stays on your device.

1. Who we are

Βρες Λέξεις (“the Game”) is a Greek word game developed by DigitalWorkPro (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what information the iOS version of the Game handles and why. For questions, email support@digitalwork.gr.

2. Information we do not collect

• No account or sign-in is required.
• We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, precise or approximate location.
• We do not use the Advertising Identifier (IDFA) and do not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies.

3. Information stored on your device

Your game progress, coins, unlocked levels and cards, and settings (sound, music, vibration, language) are saved locally on your device so you can continue where you left off. This data is not sent to us.

4. In-app purchases

The Game offers optional in-app purchases (for example coin packs or bundles). Payments are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never receive your payment card details, Apple ID or billing address. The Game receives only the confirmation needed to deliver your purchase (such as the product purchased and a transaction receipt). Apple’s handling of your data is described in the Apple Privacy Policy.

5. Technical data and third-party services

The Game is built with the Unity engine and uses Unity In-App Purchasing. To make these features work, Unity may process limited technical information such as device model, operating system version, app version and an anonymous installation identifier. This information does not identify you personally. See the Unity Privacy Policy.

If you contact us by email, we use your email address and message only to reply to you.

6. Advertising

The iOS version of the Game does not display third-party advertising. If this changes in a future version, we will update this policy before the change and ask for your permission where the law or Apple requires it.

7. Children

The Game is suitable for a general audience but is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Data retention and deletion

Because your progress is stored only on your device, you can delete it at any time by deleting the Game. Emails you send us are kept only as long as needed to answer your request. Purchase records are kept by Apple under its own policies.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example in the EU under the GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information and to object to its processing. Because we do not store personal information about players, in most cases there is nothing for us to return or delete, but you can always write to support@digitalwork.gr and we will reply within 30 days.

10. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect any information we handle. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the effective date above will be updated.

Με λίγα λόγια: Το Βρες Λέξεις δεν ζητά λογαριασμό, δεν συλλέγει όνομα, email ή τοποθεσία, δεν σε παρακολουθεί σε άλλες εφαρμογές ή ιστοσελίδες και δεν πουλάει δεδομένα. Η πρόοδός σου μένει στη συσκευή σου.

1. Ποιοι είμαστε

Το Βρες Λέξεις («το Παιχνίδι») είναι ελληνικό παιχνίδι λέξεων που αναπτύσσει η DigitalWorkPro («εμείς»). Η πολιτική αυτή εξηγεί ποιες πληροφορίες χειρίζεται η έκδοση iOS του Παιχνιδιού και γιατί. Για ερωτήσεις γράψε στο support@digitalwork.gr.

2. Τι δεν συλλέγουμε

• Δεν απαιτείται λογαριασμός ή σύνδεση.
• Δεν συλλέγουμε όνομα, email, τηλέφωνο, επαφές, φωτογραφίες ή τοποθεσία.
• Δεν χρησιμοποιούμε το Advertising Identifier (IDFA) και δεν σε παρακολουθούμε σε εφαρμογές ή ιστοσελίδες άλλων εταιρειών.

3. Τι αποθηκεύεται στη συσκευή σου

Η πρόοδος στο παιχνίδι, τα νομίσματα, τα επίπεδα και οι κάρτες που έχεις ξεκλειδώσει και οι ρυθμίσεις (ήχος, μουσική, δόνηση, γλώσσα) αποθηκεύονται τοπικά στη συσκευή σου για να συνεχίζεις από εκεί που σταμάτησες. Δεν αποστέλλονται σε εμάς.

4. Αγορές μέσα στην εφαρμογή

Το Παιχνίδι προσφέρει προαιρετικές αγορές (π.χ. πακέτα νομισμάτων). Οι πληρωμές γίνονται αποκλειστικά από την Apple μέσω του App Store. Δεν λαμβάνουμε ποτέ στοιχεία κάρτας, Apple ID ή διεύθυνση χρέωσης. Το Παιχνίδι λαμβάνει μόνο την επιβεβαίωση που χρειάζεται για να σου δώσει την αγορά (το προϊόν και την απόδειξη συναλλαγής). Δες την Πολιτική Απορρήτου της Apple.

5. Τεχνικά δεδομένα και υπηρεσίες τρίτων

Το Παιχνίδι είναι φτιαγμένο με τη μηχανή Unity και χρησιμοποιεί το Unity In-App Purchasing. Για να λειτουργήσουν αυτά, η Unity μπορεί να επεξεργάζεται περιορισμένα τεχνικά στοιχεία, όπως μοντέλο συσκευής, έκδοση λειτουργικού, έκδοση εφαρμογής και ένα ανώνυμο αναγνωριστικό εγκατάστασης. Τα στοιχεία αυτά δεν σε ταυτοποιούν. Δες την Πολιτική Απορρήτου της Unity.

Αν μας στείλεις email, χρησιμοποιούμε τη διεύθυνση και το μήνυμά σου μόνο για να σου απαντήσουμε.

6. Διαφημίσεις

Η έκδοση iOS του Παιχνιδιού δεν εμφανίζει διαφημίσεις τρίτων. Αν αυτό αλλάξει σε μελλοντική έκδοση, θα ενημερώσουμε την πολιτική πριν από την αλλαγή και θα ζητήσουμε τη συγκατάθεσή σου όπου απαιτείται από τον νόμο ή την Apple.

7. Παιδιά

Το Παιχνίδι απευθύνεται στο ευρύ κοινό αλλά όχι σε παιδιά κάτω των 13 ετών. Δεν συλλέγουμε εν γνώσει μας προσωπικά δεδομένα παιδιών. Αν πιστεύεις ότι ένα παιδί μάς έστειλε προσωπικά στοιχεία, επικοινώνησε μαζί μας και θα τα διαγράψουμε.

8. Διατήρηση και διαγραφή δεδομένων

Επειδή η πρόοδος αποθηκεύεται μόνο στη συσκευή σου, μπορείς να τη διαγράψεις οποιαδήποτε στιγμή διαγράφοντας το Παιχνίδι. Τα email που μας στέλνεις κρατούνται μόνο όσο χρειάζεται για να απαντήσουμε. Τα στοιχεία αγορών τα διατηρεί η Apple σύμφωνα με τις δικές της πολιτικές.

9. Τα δικαιώματά σου

Ανάλογα με το πού ζεις (π.χ. στην ΕΕ βάσει του GDPR), έχεις δικαίωμα πρόσβασης, διόρθωσης ή διαγραφής προσωπικών δεδομένων και εναντίωσης στην επεξεργασία τους. Επειδή δεν αποθηκεύουμε προσωπικά δεδομένα παικτών, συνήθως δεν υπάρχει κάτι να σου επιστρέψουμε ή να διαγράψουμε, αλλά μπορείς πάντα να γράψεις στο support@digitalwork.gr και θα απαντήσουμε μέσα σε 30 ημέρες.

10. Ασφάλεια

Χρησιμοποιούμε εύλογα μέτρα για την προστασία όσων πληροφοριών χειριζόμαστε. Καμία μέθοδος ηλεκτρονικής αποθήκευσης ή μετάδοσης δεν είναι απόλυτα ασφαλής.

11. Αλλαγές στην πολιτική

Μπορεί να ενημερώνουμε την πολιτική κατά καιρούς. Οι αλλαγές ισχύουν από τη δημοσίευσή τους σε αυτή τη σελίδα και η ημερομηνία παραπάνω θα ενημερώνεται.
